This policy explains what DashForServices collects, why, and who it's shared with. It covers the businesses that use DashForServices, their team members, and visitors to dashforservices.com.

1. What We Collect

• Your account: names, work emails and phone numbers of the people on your team, their roles, and sign-in activity.
• Your business's data: what your team puts into DashForServices (leads, customers, quotes, jobs, orders, messages, files) and what your website sends in (form submissions and site visits).
• Billing: your plan, invoices and usage. Card and bank details go straight to Stripe; we only see the type, the bank or card brand and the last four digits.
• This website: pages viewed and how you found us, to see what's useful.

2. How We Use It

To run DashForServices for you: show your data to your team, send the texts and emails you ask us to, bill your account, keep the service secure, and fix problems. We don't sell your data or your customers' data, and we don't use your customers' data for our own marketing.

3. Your Customers' Information

Your customers' information belongs to your business. We process it only to provide DashForServices to you. Your own privacy policy, shown on your website, tells your customers how your business uses it.

4. Who We Share It With

Only the providers that run the service, each for its part:

• Stripe, for payments and payouts
• VoxCore, for texts, through your business's own account
• DigitalOcean and our platform provider, for hosting and file storage
• Email delivery providers, for the emails you send

We also share information when the law requires it.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside your account follows the roles your owners set. We keep an audit log of changes in your account.

6. Keeping and Deleting Data

We keep your data while your account is open. When you close it, we delete your business's data after giving you a chance to export it, except what we must keep for billing and legal records.

7. Your Choices

Team members can ask an owner to update or remove their account. Businesses can ask us for an export or deletion of their data. Contact us through dashforservices.com.
