Terms of Service
Version 1.0, effective October 27, 2026
These terms apply to businesses that use DashForServices, the dashboard for water treatment, plumbing and home service companies, and to the people on their teams who sign in to it.
1. Your Account
- Your business's account is opened by DashForServices or by an owner on your team. Owners and admins manage who has access and what each role can do.
- Keep your sign-in private. You're responsible for what's done with your team's accounts.
- Tell us right away if you think someone got into your account who shouldn't have.
2. What You Can Do With It
You can use DashForServices to run your business: leads, quotes, jobs, dispatch, your plumbing partners, inventory, orders, subscriptions, messages to your customers, and your website content. Don't use it to break the law, to send messages people haven't agreed to receive, or to get into data that isn't yours.
3. Messages You Send
Texts and emails you send through DashForServices go out under your business's name and, for texts, through your own messaging account connected in Settings, Messaging. You're responsible for having your customers' consent and for following the texting and telemarketing rules where they live, including quiet hours, daily limits and opt-outs. The text rules in Settings, Messaging help, but they don't replace your own legal review.
4. Your Data
Your business's data (leads, customers, quotes, jobs, orders and files) is yours. We store and process it to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us for an export of it anytime.
5. Your Customers' Payments
Payments from your customers go to your own Stripe account. You're responsible for your prices, your terms with your customers, refunds and taxes. We provide the tools; the sale is between you and your customer.
6. Fees
What you pay us, and how, is covered by our Billing Terms.
7. Availability
We work to keep DashForServices running and your data safe. Sometimes things go down for maintenance or reasons outside our control; we'll keep you informed when that happens.
8. Suspension and Closing
We may suspend an account that's past due or that breaks these terms, after telling you why when we can. You can close your account anytime by contacting us; we'll give you an export of your data on request.
9. Changes
We'll tell you before these terms change in a way that matters. The version and date at the top show what's in effect.
